AC Maintenance

There are still a couple of months left before summer hits.  We recommend scheduling an HVAC inspection with a local air conditioning contractor to ensure that everything is running smoothly with your home AC system.  If you are concerned that your monthly air conditioning costs will be through the roof like they were last summer, there are several ways you can effectively lower your electricity consumption while still getting the air conditioning you need.  If you use window AC units in your home, be sure to switch them to the “fan” setting frequently so you do not overuse your electricity.
